Kestrel Hollow
Driver fitting
Most drivers in West Virginia fly too high and land too hard, or the reverse. We find out which.
What we look at
Ball speed, launch angle and spin, and where the ball lands. On a soft fairway, a little more spin gets you stopping. On a firm one it costs you distance.
What we change
- Loft in half-degree steps
- Shaft weight and flex
- Length
- Head weight, where the head allows
Walkers
If you carry your bag, a lighter shaft helps your back as much as your swing. We take that seriously, and we talk about it.
